Ž<P>SOLUTION: The speech processing device which can be connected with a telephone set includes recording means for recording a call content of the telephone set, file generating means for generating a recording file based on the call content recorded by the recording means, information acquisition means for acquiring information on a called-party of the call from the telephone set, and information adding means for adding the information on the called-party acquired by the information acquisition means to the recording file generated by the file generating means.
