PURPOSE: An apparatus for winding net-fabric in order to binding the stack of sedges is provided to obtain a net-fabric roll which is applicable for varieties of bailers by winding net-fabric. CONSTITUTION: Guiding stands(12a to 12e) are arranged in the discharging direction of net-fabric in order to secure the tension of net-fabric. The guiding stands are integrated into a guiding frame(12) using a bracket(13). A first guiding groove is formed in an entry guiding stand(12b). Warp stripes on both sides of the net-fabric, which is discharged after knitting, passes through the first guiding groove. Second guiding grooves are formed, as much as the number of the warp stripes, in a last guiding stand. A driving shaft(14) and a supporting shaft(22) are arranged to the rear side of the last guiding stand.
