<p>The implant (1) has a cylindrical outer casing (6) with distal and proximal parts (6a, 6b) that respectively have longitudinal slots (10, 12) defining respective distal fins (11) and proximal fins (13). Inner face of the distal fins is inclined towards a longitudinal axis of the casing, and an inner face (13a) of proximal fins is parallel to the axis, such that the implant is in a sinus, with a middle part (6c) of the casing inserted in a minimal size area. A central body (5) moves inside the casing to block the movement of implant due to the expansion of parts by lifting the fins.</p> |
