SUPERCAPACITOR AND ITS MANUFACTURE METHOD

PURPOSE: A super capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect an electrode and electrolyte from an external environment by coating a polymer sealant on the cylindrical side of the capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A super capacitor comprises a current collector(11), an active material electrode layer(12), and a polymer electrolyte layer(13). The current collector has a thickness of 10 um to 1 mm. The current collector is made of aluminum, nickel, copper, or stainless steel. The active material electrode layer is bonded with the current collector and includes an active carbon of 60 to 97%. The polymer electrolyte layer is coated on the active material layer.
