摘要 The invention relates to a means for preparing and depositing nanoparticles or angstrom-scale elements on a medium. This method can be used to control the nanoparticle deposition zones, the size of the particles to be deposited and the quality of the deposit and combines two deposition techniques, namely: fluidised bed chemical vapour deposition (FBCVD) and organometallic chemical vapour deposition (OMCVD). For this purpose, a deposition method model has been developed for the deployment of nanoparticles on media. The nanoparticle deposition process is performed in a cycle and in a single compact apparatus, thereby reducing the costs associated with production on an industrial scale, the main phases being the preparation of the nanoparticles [11-1], impregnation [11-2], deposition of nanoparticles in a matrix [11-5] and subsequent drying by means of calcination [11-7] and the collector [11-10].
