摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid forming of parasitic capacity between a signal line and an anode, and to prevent lower luminance by capacity coupling, in a circuit constituting a pixel. <P>SOLUTION: This display device includes: a pixel array unit having pixels including a circuit configuration, in which an anode electrode of an organic EL (Electro Luminescence) element and a source electrode of a driving transistor 1B are connected together, a gate electrode of the driving transistor 1B and a source electrode or a drain electrode of a writing transistor 1A are connected together, a holding capacitor 1C is connected between the gate electrode and the source electrode of the driving transistor 1B, and an auxiliary capacitor 1J is connected between the anode electrode and a cathode electrode of the organic EL element, disposed in a matrix shape. A signal line DTL used for transmitting a video signal is disposed between adjacent pixels, and from one pixel of the adjacent pixels to an area of the other pixel, the auxiliary capacitor 1J of the one pixel is set to be disposed.
