<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure contact resistance with good accuracy without experiencing such a problem that measured objects generate heat and become dissolved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A discharge circuit 20 is energized by an electric charge charged in a capacitor 22, a both-end voltage Vin1 of a measured object resistance A is time-integrated by a voltage-detecting analog integration circuit 61, and a both-end voltage Vin2 of a standard resistance 21 is time-integrated by a current-detecting analog integration circuit 62. An analog division circuit 70 outputs a voltage Vdiv, which corresponds to an integrated value of the both-end voltage Vin1 divided by an integrated value of the both-end voltage Vin2, to a hold circuit 80. Since the output voltage Vhold of the hold circuit 80 comes to a voltage having correlation with a resistance value Rx of the measured object resistance A, the resistance value Rx is obtained by measuring the voltage.
