<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of maintaining an electrical connection between a lead frame and an electrode terminal section of the detection element, even when an inadequate external force is applied to the lead frame, and a sensor production method, capable of preventing the lead frame from buckling and being deformed into an inadequate shape. <P>SOLUTION: The lead frame 10 is capable of inhibiting the movement of the frame body 12 to the back end of the axial direction, by engaging to a first locking groove part 90 formed at the tip face of a separator 82 by a first locking surface 135 of a first frame-locking part 19, and the frame body part is capable of inhibiting separation from inside of an insertion hole 84, by engaging to a first locking groove with a second locking surface 137 of the first frame-locking part. That is, even when an external force is applied on the lead frame 10, the movement of the frame body can be inhibited, and the change of relative positions between the lead frame 10 and a detection element 4 can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
