PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control member which can increase the uniformity of luminance.

SOLUTION: The light control member includes a plate-like member including a first surface formed flat and a second surface facing the first surface and having at least three prism line groups constituted of a plurality of linear prisms 155 arranged in substantially parallel. In the prism line group formed at the second surface of the light control member, each one of the linear prisms 155 constituting each of the prism line groups intersect at one intersection 158, and the linear prism 155 is formed into a convex shape having a substantially curved outer edge when viewed from the longitudinal direction.
