PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning indoor unit embedded in a ceiling easy to be constructed to a desired frame while suppressing generation of short circuit and being downsized to make the length of one side of the indoor unit 600 mm or shorter. SOLUTION: The indoor unit 1 of an air conditioner for conditioning air of a ceiling space and supplying the air into a room comprises an indoor unit casing 50, an indoor fan 42, and an indoor heat exchanger 41. The indoor unit casing 50 has suction ports 51, 52 provided on side surfaces and a blow-out port 55 provided on a lower surface. The indoor fan 42 is arranged in the indoor unit casing 50 to form an air flow going from the suction ports 51, 52 to the blow-out port 55.
