<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user authentication system, a user authentication device, a user authentication method, and a computer program for more improving security intensity in comparison with a conventional two elements authentication without losing convenience. <P>SOLUTION: In the user authentication system having communication equipment and a user authentication device connected to a communication network, the communication equipment includes: a reading part for reading information from a plurality of IC cards owned by a user; and a notification part for transmitting a plurality of pieces of information read from each IC card by the reading part, and the user authentication device includes: a communication part for receiving a plurality of pieces of information transmitted from the communication equipment; an authentication information generation means for generating authentication information on the basis of the plurality of pieces of information received by the communication part; an internal storage device for storing the authentication information generated by the authentication information generation means; and a collation means for receiving the plurality of information transmitted from the communication equipment, and for, when the authentication information is generated by the authentication generation means, collating the generated authentication information not stored by the internal storage device with the authentication information stored by the internal storage device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
