<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee rest for recovery from fatigue of the part below the waste. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The knee rest includes a knee rest body 1 and a knee rest cover. The knee rest body 1 has an upper surface including an inclined surface 15, a flat surface 16 integrally formed from the upper side of the inclined surface, and a curved surface 17 integrally formed from the rear side of the flat surface.
