PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of print-processing a printing job at timing of a reduced electric power consumption in a print-processing operation. SOLUTION: This image forming device accumulates the received printing jobs into a storage device (S101), and detects a temperature or the like as an environmental condition (S103). The image forming device calculates an electric power consumption when the print-processing is executed in the detected environmental condition (S105), to be compared with a preset electric power level (S107). The printing processing of the printing jobs is not executed when the calculated electric power consumption is higher than the set electric power level, to be held in an accumulated state until getting to the set electric power level. The printing processing is not executed and accumulates the printing job, even when receiving the printing job under that state (S113). The accumulated printing jobs are print-processed collectively (S109), at the time of the environment where the calculated electric power consumption comes to the set electric power level or less (YES in S107).
