FIELD: textile, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to textile industry. Proposed method for production of jersey fabric consists in the fact that the second additional lock carriage is installed onto knitting machine with thread feeder fixed on it and expanding rails. In repeat structure of partial plain jersey, background thread and leather thread are changed in each row. Background thread is laid onto operating needles 1x1, then leather thread is laid serially onto operating needles 1ù1. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for production of jersey fabric from leather thread, accelerated process of fabric production due to mechanisation of process, expanded assortment range of jersey fabrics. ^ 3 dwg |
