PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing an unsewn textile, simultaneously carrying out sewing with a weaving step to enable the woven fabric to be finished as clothes only by cutting the textile along the outline, and achieving a substantial unsewing process, and to provide a method for producing the unsewn textile. SOLUTION: A weft yarn different from normal weft yarns is interwoven along the outline of the shape of clothing in a step of weaving a textile by aiming the method of using the weft yarns peculiar to swivel weave. In this case, the different weft yarn is interwoven in combination by using the swivel weave moving a swivel yarn.
