<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe locking tool easily moving a fixing position and detached and attached repeatedly with the usage of a shaft softly expanding and contracting, and also softly locking with respect to animals and plants, and preventing damages. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This locking tool of an attachment structure for inserting the elastic shaft to a fixing hole narrower than a diameter of the shaft, is remounted by being moved to a direction for returning the fixing position while being kept to be narrower than the minimum dimension of the hole with the usage of the change that the shaft becomes narrower by extending the distal end of the shaft to a longitudinal direction even after mounting.
