<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power conversion efficiency by an easier method in a switching power supply system of a digital control type. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pulse signal output part 336 thins much pulses included in a pulse signal of a fixed period as a load factor is smaller based on a thinning pattern and a correction coefficient, which are decided in accordance with the load factor by a pattern deciding part 334, and corrects pulse width of the pulse of an output object so that it becomes wider as the number of thinning times of the pulse becomes larger. The pulse signal after correction is output as a switch control signal of a switching circuit that a DC/DC converter has.
