The machine has a stator (3) comprising a reeled structure (50) formed with a set of poles (61), extending according to circumference of the stator. A group of blades is arranged on a rotor (2) to allow power supply of the rotor by commutation of electrical current in sections of the rotor. The reeled structure comprises a set of notches (56) between two central parts (62) of the consecutive poles of the stator. The notches are formed in a magnetic body (54) of the stator. One of the notches includes a conducting segment (55) formed with main windings (58) of an electric reel (52). The notches include Kapton (RTM: polyimide film) type thin insulators.
