PURPOSE: A drain insert used for a suction drain method is provided to increase suction efficiency and improve the service life of durability by facilitating the connection of drain boards. CONSTITUTION: A drain insert used for a suction drain method comprises a drain board(5) and a connector(6). The drain board is comprised of a frame, a filter(3), and an airtight coating part(4). A passage groove is longitudinally formed in the frame. The filter is installed outside the frame. The airtight coating part is formed at one end of the filter. The connector is comprised of a cap and a screw pipe. The end of the drain board is inserted into the cap portion.
