<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of determining oxidation stress states for detecting the oxidation stress states as early as possible. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of determining oxidation stress states, the concentration of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) in biological samples is measured at early time immediately after sampling the biological samples, thus determining in vivo oxidation stress states, based on the measured concentration of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
