PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a large-sized structure which has so far been considered not to allow resin transfer molding(RTM) by RTM molding. SOLUTION: A car body floor 100 which has so far been considered not to allow RTM molding because of its large-sized and complicated shape can be molded through RTM molding by superimposing edges of preforms 150, 160R and 160L, which have been formed separately, laying the superimposed product in a molding die and molding a floor tunnel portion 110 and floor panel portions 120R and 120L in an integrated form. Since the lap length L of lap portions 170R and 170L is set to be three times the plate thickness t, the car floor has a strong structure effective to bending deformation M.
