<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological imaging apparatus which can be made small in size and reduced in manufacturing cost, and to provide a radiological imaging system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A transmission antenna 48b and a reception antenna 48b are mounted in an area except a radiation detection area 40a of a radiation detection device 40 for detecting the radiation transmitted through a patient to convert it to image information expressing a radiological image corresponding to a detected radiation quantity. The transmission antenna 48a and the reception antenna 48b are equipped to carry out radio communication between devices in sections via the transmission antenna 48a and the reception antenna 48b.
