<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key sheet capable of making short a distance between the surface of the key sheet and the surface of a circuit board in response to the miniaturization and thickness of various electronic apparatus, and also to provide a push button switch with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the key sheet 11 with a resin key top 14 and a cover sheet 15 on a base sheet 13, the cover sheet 15 includes a bend 19 that sinks down near the resin key top 14 in a pressing direction of the resin key top 14 from the horizontal surface of the cover sheet 15, and the bottom of the resin key top 14 is formed sinking down below the backside of the cover sheet 15 opposite to the horizontal surface.
