PURPOSE: A fingerprint identifying device with a transparent electrode is provided to minimize the distance between the transparent electrode and a fingerprint. CONSTITUTION: The first and second transparent electrodes are arranged on one side of a prism. The first and second transparent electrodes are formed by transparent materials. A protecting film(120) covers the transparent electrode. The protecting film is formed by transparent insulating materials. A capacity detecting unit is electrically connected to the transparent electrode. The capacity detecting unit determines whether a fingerprint touched by the protecting film is a biological fingerprint. |
