A toothed gearing consists of pinion and gear wheel with involute straight teeth placed on those, these are in engagement with each other. At distance bfrom ends of teeth of pinion circular grooves are provided, with width c= 4…6 mm and depth t, those divide length of teeth into three parts, at that length of middle sections of teeth is b. At arc of circle that is characterized with diameter d, through openings with diameters dare provided, those are arranged symmetrically with respect to side profiles of each of pinion teeth and are filled with special thermo-stable and noise-absorbing rubber, at that parameters band b, t, dand dare found from relations:0.1b≤b≤0,2b; b=b-2(b+c); t=(1.07...1.12)h;d=d-(2.2...2.4)h; 0.3p≤d≤0.4p,where b–width of crown of pinion (wheel); h=2.25 m–height of teeth; m–module; d=m(z-2.5)–diameter of root circle of pinion teeth; z–number of pinion teeth; p=πm–gear pitch. |
