摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle, exerting effect of improvement in fuel economy by fuel cut as far as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The control device is for a vehicle mounting an internal combustion engine, which has a plurality of cylinders and can control fuel supply amounts individually with respect to the cylinders, thereon as a driving source, and executing the fuel cut halting the fuel supply to the internal combustion engine during the travel. The control device for the vehicle includes: a deceleration state determination means (steps S1, S2) determining a possibility of occurrence of engine stall in which autonomous rotation of the internal combustion engine is stopped based on a deceleration travel state of the vehicle, during the execution of the fuel cut; and a means (step S5, S6) for partially restoring fuel cut, which partially restarts the fuel supply with respect to the internal combustion engine in which the fuel cut has been executed, when the deceleration state determination means determines that the possibility of the occurrence of engine stall is high.
