<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network pseudo apparatus capable of testing a communication network on a LAN and a WAN. <P>SOLUTION: A network pseudo apparatus comprises a pseudo LAN section 41, a pseudo WAN section 42, an execution control section, a scenario analysis section 91 and a measuring section 93. The pseudo LAN section 41 causes pseudo terminals 11, 12, 21, 22 to exchange packets with one another using SIPs; the pseudo WAN section 42 is comprised of pseudo terminals 31, 32, 33, 34 and a router 51 and transmits/receives packets among the pseudo terminals 11, 12, 21, 22 of the pseudo LAN section 41 using the SIP. The execution control section 92 causes the pseudo terminals of the pseudo LAN section 41 and the pseudo WAN section 42 to transmit/receive packets in accordance with a set scenario. The scenario analysis section 91 sets a communication condition for each pseudo terminal on the basis of the scenario.
