PURPOSE: A position adjusting apparatus of a plate machining mold is provided to punch a hole or cut a plate material at an exact location by supporting a plate material while a support member is fixed without the distortion of a support member. CONSTITUTION: A position adjusting apparatus of a plate machining mold comprises a first and a second die(10a,10b). The first lower die comprises a recessed groove(21), a length measuring ruler(22), and a side support member(23). The recessed groove is formed along the longitudinal direction. The length measuring ruler is placed on the bottom of the recessed groove. The second lower die comprises a slot hole(31), a width measuring ruler(32), and a guide(33). One or more slot holes are formed along the width direction. A width measuring ruler is placed on one side of the slot hole. The guide moves along the slot hole. The guide is fixed by a first fixing blot(27) and a nut.
