摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical demultiplexer in which optical axis is easily adjusted for each wavelength filter, having a mechanically stable structure, and to provide a method of positioning the optical demultiplexer. SOLUTION: The optical demultiplexer includes: an incident side collimator lens 2 which receives external light; a plurality of wavelength filters 3 which demultiplex predetermined corresponding wavelength components from the light which passes through the incident side collimator lens 2; a plurality of emission side collimator lenses 4 which receive the light demultiplexed with the wavelength filters 3 for each of the wavelength components; a plurality of detectors 5 which detect the light having passed through the emission side collimator lenses 4 for each of the emission side collimator lenses 4; and a first position adjustment means which adjusts the light incident position to the detectors 5 by individually adjusting the positions of the wavelength filters 3. The first position adjustment means includes: a plurality of annular fixtures 7a; and a plurality of cylindrical fixtures 6 which are inserted to the annular fixtures 7a, having the wavelength filters 3 fixed on its upper part, whose positions in the longitudinal direction and the turning angles around the longitudinal direction are adjustable.
