PURPOSE: A drilling template for the implant operation and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to adjust the depth of hole formed in the alveolar bone and to form holes having different depth in the alveolar bone. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a drilling template for the implant operation includes: a 1st step of planning the depth of hole formed in the alveolar bone(3); and a 2nd step of deciding the height of a drilling cylinder(20) depending on the length of a drill(6) which forms the hole and the depth of predetermined hole. The 2nd step decides the height of the drilling cylinder by the depth difference between the length of drill and the planned hole. The first step plans the depth of plural different holes. The second step decides the height of the plural different drilling cylinders depending on each depth of the planned holes and the length of one drill.
