<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a fixed member, capable of securely fixing a baffle plate such as a soft member to a base. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rivet 6 with a circular fall-out prevention projection 6a1 for preventing falling-out of the baffle plate from the base 8 formed on the outer peripheral surface of its shaft part 6a is used for the fixing structure of the baffle plate 5.
