<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a plurality of image data items in one image file. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 106 generates a multiple-image file having stored therein a plurality of sets of JPEG data obtained by consecutive photographing. If the number of JPEG data items in the image file exceeds a predetermined number such as e.g., 100 even while consecutive photographing is continued, the CPU 106 closes the current multiple-image file and opens a new multiple-image file, thereby splitting the multiple-image file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
