<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged electronic component which can supply an electronic component from a series of electronic components to mount without using a reel, and an electronic component mounter which can mount each electronic component from the packaged electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged electronic component is equipped with a series of electronic components 4 where an electronic component 2 is held in the containing hole 1 of a tape-shaped body 3, and a containing case 5 which holds the series of electronic components 4. The containing case 5 has two main surfaces 6 opposed to each other and a side surface 7 orthogonal to the main surfaces. The width of the side surface 7 is approximately equal to the thickness of the series of electronic components 4 in multiple winding, and an outlet 8 to take out the series of electronic components 4 is formed on the side surface 7 (7a), and the series of electronic components 4 are held in a state that the circumference surface abuts on the inside surface of the side surface 7 (7a), thus, constructing the containing case 5 so that the series of electronic components 4 can be taken out from the outlet 8 in order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
