PURPOSE: A dust preventing device is provided to supply information, since characters or figures are formed by dust attached to a dust preventing unit. CONSTITUTION: A dust preventing device(100) comprises a dust preventing unit(101), a drive unit(102), an altitude holding unit(103), and a dust collecting unit(104). The dust preventing unit is unfolded or folded. The dust preventing unit which is unfolded attaches the dust using static electricity. The drive unit is located on the lower part of the dust preventing unit, and the altitude holding unit is located on the upper part of the dust preventing unit. The drive unit unfolds or folds the dust preventing unit. The altitude holding unit maintains the unfolded dust preventing unit.
