PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inexpensively, conveniently and properly obtaining the fluidity of a slurry in a nonstationary state. SOLUTION: The apparatus for evaluating the fluidity of the slurry in the nonstationary state includes: a drive section (10) for extruding the slurry (1), and flowing the slurry (1); and a measurement section (20) connected to the drive section (10), and measuring a volumetric flow rate of the slurry (1) flowing in the nonstationary state.
