Disclosed is an A/D conversion device, comprising a first A/D conversion unit and a second A/D conversion unit, respectively further comprising a D/A conversion unit, further comprising a plurality of bit capacitors corresponding to each bit of an inputted data, a comparison unit that compares a difference voltage, which is obtained by reducing an analog inputted voltage from an outputted voltage of the D/A conversion unit, with a baseline voltage, and a control unit that detects a data value of an inputted data likely to result in an approximate match between the difference voltage and the baseline voltage and outputs the data value as a digital data corresponding to the inputted voltage, wherein the A/D conversion device further comprises an adjustment unit that connects in series the bit capacitors within the D/A conversion unit within the first A/D conversion unit and the D/A conversion unit within the second A/D conversion unit, and adjusts a capacity of one or both of a pair of bit capacitors in order that the voltage between the pair of bit capacitors approaches a median of the voltage at both ends of the pair of bit capacitors.
