PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely start a motor-operated fan; and to restrain rise of operating noises right after starting of the motor-operated fan.

SOLUTION: A fan motor is controlled via a switching circuit (S120-S150, and S190) so as to lessen a demand duty ratio D as far as auxiliary battery voltage Vb is high upon starting control of the cooling fan until the number Nfm of rotation of the fan motor reaches the number Nch of rotation for control switching from starting of a cooling fan control routine (S110). Thus, the fan motor can be surely started, and rise of operating noises of the cooling fan caused by unnecessary increase of the number Nfm of rotation of the fan motor can be restrained upon starting of the fan motor.
