PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing light weight aluminium wheel is provided to minimize damage of wheel in accident with improved fuel ratio and driving performance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing light weight aluminium wheel comprises: a step of determining laminate arrange of carbon fiber based on wheel characteristic; a step of laminating CFRP fabric papers in a multi-stage; a step of hardening CFRP fabric paper at high temperature and high pressure; a step of removing impurities and enhancing surface area; and a step of fusing the aluminium wheel and CFRP mold body integrally.
