The sensor has electrodes lying opposite to each other and extending over filling height of a container. Capacitance of a measuring capacitor is changed depending on a filling level of a fluid in the container. An evaluation circuit (26) determines the filling level of the fluid in the container from the capacitance of the measuring capacitor. The evaluation circuit has an inductor-capacitor element formed from the measuring capacitor and an inductance. The electrodes are electrically insulated from each other. The evaluation circuit is arranged on hybrid ceramic.
