PURPOSE: A hybrid bearing using lead-tin alloy is provided to prevent a gap between lead and tin from being generated by uniformly mixing lead and tin and to easily control yield strength and energy absorbing ability. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid bearing using lead-tin alloy comprises an elastic body, flanges(120a,120b), a core, and a casing(140). The elastic body is composed of rubber. The flanges are installed in the top and bottom of the elastic body, respectively. The core penetrates the elastic body in a longitudinal direction and absorbs vibration energy. The core is formed by uniformly mixing lead and tin. The casing is formed between the elastic body and the core and covers the outer surface of the core. |
