PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air battery using an anion exchange film as an electrolyte, in which deterioration of battery output and battery voltage due to formation of oxide film hardly occurs, and the utilization rate of a metal anode is enhanced to prolong the battery lifetime longer. SOLUTION: An air pole 5 is installed in close contact, on one face side of an anion exchange film 4, and an aluminum electrode 2 is installed on the other face side of the anion exchange film 4, and furthermore, an anode container 1 is installed on the outside of it.
