PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent twisting of bearings when supporting an input shaft at three points by three bearings in regard to a supporting structure for an input shaft. SOLUTION: The supporting structure for an input shaft is for supporting the input shaft transmitting rotation of a crankshaft 502 to gears 506, 508 in a gear box 504 in a connected state of a clutch 500, one end 512 of the input shaft 510 is rotatably supported by a case 518 of the gear box 504 via first and second bearings 514, 516 disposed with an interval from each other, another end 520 of the input shaft 510 is rotatably supported on an end inner circumference face of the crankshaft 502 via a third bearing 522, and the third bearing 522 is loosely fit on the input shaft 510 in comparison with the first and second bearings 514, 516.
