<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in case of utilizing a fixed telephone line at a mobile-communication terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile-communication terminal 100 performing communication by cellular communication over a mobile-communication network 10 is a dual-mode terminal which communicates in a wireless communication (non-cellular communication) with communication equipment 200 such as a fixed telephone, a wireless LAN access point, and the like. The usage of the communication equipment 200 is acquired when the communication equipment 200 is accessed from the mobile-communication terminal 100 to originate a call through the fixed telephone line 21 connected to the communication equipment 200. The call is originated through the fixed telephone line 21 when the acquired usage of the communication equipment 200 conforms to that of the mobile-communication terminal 100.
