<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver IC and the like wherein a signal line leading to be connected to a panel is less and the chip size is reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The driver IC 100 is divided into three in a lengthwise direction, and a data line driver 130, a first scanning line driver 142A, and a second scanning line driver 142B are disposed in a central first region 100A, a second region 100B, and a third region 100C respectively along a long side 100D of the driver IC, and an interface region 102 is disposed along the other long side 100E. A boosting circuit 140A and a RAM 110 are disposed in the first region. A first power source circuit 140B is disposed in the second region. A second power source circuit 140C is disposed in the third region. An internal reference potential Vref from the first power source circuit disposed in the first region is transmitted to an internal power source potential generation circuit 140F in the second power source circuit disposed in the third region, through the second region.
