<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative voltage supply circuit imparting a good drive performance to a power transistor. <P>SOLUTION: The negative voltage supply circuit receives input voltage, converts the input voltage to negative voltage and supplies the negative voltage to a negative circuit. The negative voltage supply circuit 3 includes a power switch Q, an inductor L, a drive gate 34 and a power switch drive control circuit 12. The power switch Q has its one end electrically connected to the input voltage. The inductor L has its one end electrically connected to the other end of the power switch Q and the other end grounded. The one ends of the inductor L and the power switch Q supply negative voltage to the negative circuit. The drive gate 34 drives the switching of the power switch Q. The power switch drive control circuit 12 generates a drive signal, allowing the drive gate to drive the power switch Q.
