The side pieces are divided into branches (12b, 14b) and gripping arms (12a, 12b), which form a head and a handle, respectively. The branches have an effective surface at an end facing the hinge. The surface has a contour for grasping a tooth. The branches have a hinge-sided section and an effective section (20) connected with the hinge-sided section.
