PURPOSE: A low plate polarization board and in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device including the same can have the wide viewing angle. The mass production facilitates. CONSTITUTION: A low plate polarization board(10), and the liquid crystal cell(30) and upper plate polarizer(20) is the backlight unit(40) side are in order laminated. Protective layers locate to the liquid crystal cell opposite side of polarized light devices(11, 21) of the low plate polarization board and upper plate polarizer. The isotropy protective layer(24) is laminated in the liquid crystal cell of the polarized light device.
