METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF DEEP EXTENDED DERMAL AND SUBDERMAL BURNS IN CHILDREN

A method for the surgical treatment of the deep extended dermal and subdermal burns in the children provides for the restoration of the skin. In the case of the deep extended (45-50 % of the surface area) dermal and subdermal burns, only fascial dissection of the necrotic eschar is provided on the 2-4th days after the burn with accompanying autodermoplasty with ultrathin split autologous skin flap.
