The coding device of neurosurgical interferences to improve treatment efficiency of statistical information comprises a plywood stand whereon by means of multicolored plastic balls fixed to the stand with nails as well as multicolored threads connecting these balls, a two-dimensional information branching many branching levels has. On each level there are unlimited number of balls, each of them has its code and is a reference to specific neurosurgical operation or neurosurgery nosological entity recorded in special tables and entered to special search database in a personal computer.
