UREA ATOMIZATION SYSTEM WITH ULTRA SONIC AND HEAT SOURCE FOR SCR SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A urea solution supplying apparatus using an ultrasonic wave atomization apparatus and a second heating source are provided to reduce costs for supplying urea solution by decomposing the concentration inside urea solution using a second heating source installed in the supply pipe. CONSTITUTION: A urea solution supplying apparatus using an ultrasonic wave atomization apparatus and a second heating source comprises an ultrasonic oscillator(3), a blower(2), a second heating source(6), a nitrogen oxide concentration sensor(7), and a programmable logic controller(100). The ultrasonic oscillator enables the atomization of urea solution. The blower transfers the atomized urea solution to an exhaust gas pipe(5) through a feeding line(4). The second heating source keeps the nitrogen oxide concentration of the urea solution through pyrolysis. The nitrogen oxide concentration sensor detects the nitrogen oxide concentration of the atomized urea solution. The programmable logic controller compares the concentration of the detected nitric oxide with the target concentration.
